School Plans for Student Achievement (SPSA)
Annually, each school develops a School Plan for Student Achievement to "improve the academic performance of all pupils to the level of the performance goals, as established by the Academic Performance Index." Working closely with teachers and parents on the School Site Council, each school develops a plan after careful analysis of student performance data, setting priorities for program improvements, rigorous use of effective solution strategies, and ongoing monitoring of results.
