vision Statement
Each CUSD student is recognized and valued, inspired to be a life-long learner, and prepared to be a contributing member of our global society.
Five members are elected from the school district at large and serve four-year terms.
As the policy-making body for the school district, the Board is charged with providing the best possible education for the children of the Claremont Unified School District.
Student representatives are selected from both Claremont High School and San Antonio High School to function as members of the Board of Education. A student Board member may cast advisory votes on all matters except those subject to closed session discussion. Student Board Members are eligible to serve a full-year term.
