Maintenance Department

Maintenance Department  provides many day-to-day services.  They are responsible for maintaining repairs for the school sites at Claremont Unified School District.

Day to day tasks of the Maintenance Department in the shop include but are not limited to;

• Carpentry
• General Maintenance

They also do special projects including:

• Repair of door ramps
• Roof inspections
• Ceiling/floor tiles
• Benches/tables
• Un-clogging drains
• Repairing sinks & fountains
• Repairing toilets & urinals
• Water valves, water/sewer lines
• Backflow devices
• Key Duplication
• Lock Change-outs
• Lock Repairs
• Gate Lock Maintenance
• General painting (wood, stucco, metal, wall board, cement)
• Patches stucco and plaster, sands, fills, primes
• Textures, repairs wall paper
• Trouble shooting electrical circuits
• Repair of light fixtures and ballasts
• Repair of outlets and switches
• Repair and replace fixtures
• Trouble shooting and repair of HVAC equipment
• Thermostats
