STUDENTS

The El Roble magazine fundraiser is off and running. Remember that the more magazines you sell the more fun activities you will enjoy during the school year and the more orders you have the greater prizes you will win. Please be sure to take your gold paper with the prizes on it as it tells the people to make their check out El Roble ASB. This will be a great weekend to get lots of orders Please be polite, and be safe and careful while out selling and good luck:)

Congratulations to the newly elected 2008-09 CJSF officers: President Reanna Veneracion; Vice President: Nicholas Pankratz; Secretary: Neal Munson and Treasurer: Julliette Lin

Students who would like to be an office aide period two or period 6 please get an application at the student window:).

Students: Please remember once you move off campus you cannot come back. If you are at the TAC or in one of the after school programs you must stay on campus. Thank you.

Today is the last day of the Book Fair. If you have not attended yet, don't miss out. You will need to get a library lunch pass in the morning in order to come during lunch. The library will be closed after school today to break down the Book Fair.

The Foothill Transit bus has moved their drop-off and pick-up spot to the corner of Mountain and Harrison. For safety reasons, students are to use the sidewalks only when departing from the bus or going to the bus after school. Please do not to walk on the grass, the hill or through the parking lot. Thank you.

Students are asked to use the crosswalk at Harrison to get to and from El Roble. If your parents pick you up or drop you off on Harrison, please use the crosswalk. For safety reasons please do not cross the street by the MPR. Thank you.

Friday Frolic is coming next Fri. from 2:15-3:30 p.m. Have a great time and win some prizes:) Come join us for Friday Frolic's cakewalk. The cakewalk is down by the basketball courts, right after school. There will be a Baby Barf toss at the baseball field. You will need to bring a partner. There will be lots more activities...so stay tuned. It's all FREE but bring some money for the PFA snacks that will be sold in the lunch area for a dollar or less.

On your way to and from school please be considerate of El Roble and elementary students by keeping sidewalks clear and walking to the right. Thank you, Mr. Patterson.

Students, are you having a hard time finding your homework? Is it at home? Is it in your backpack? Not sure what you did with it or did you remember to do the homework? IF this sounds familiar and you would like some help with organization and study skills please put your name in at the student window so that the counselors can help you. Wonder where you are to give your name: Student Window!

Don't miss out on the first TAC dance of the school year next Friday from 6 - 9:00 p.m. in the MPR. The dance will be planned, organized, and put on by the City of Claremont staff ONLY and will only be open to TAC members. So please come register at the TAC today and begin receiving your participation points so you can attend the dance:)
