STUDENTS

Please do not share your ID with other students at lunch. Students who share ID's will be sent to the office. Dr. Grier.

This Thursday is Patriot's Day. In order to remember and celebrate the lives of September 11th victim, ASB is asking all students and staff to wear red, white and blue this Thursday.

There are openings for Office Aide, Teacher Aide and Library Aide. Please go to the student window or the library for an application ASAP. Thanks!

The library will be open before and after school only. the Scholastic Book Fair will start next Monday, so stop by next week:)

Attention Students: Mideract Club will be having a meeting this Thursday, Sept. 11th from 2:30-3:15 p.m. in room 309. Membership is open to all 7th and 8th graders. Don't miss out on a great club:).

All students are to sign the Code of Conduct page in their student handbook. It is the 1st page in the student handbook. Once you and your parent or guardian has signed it please turn it in to your SSR teacher. The paper is due TOMORROW. Thank you, Mr. Patterson.

8th graders who have earned at least 2 A's and 2 B's in math, history, English, and Science may pick up an application for CJSF at the student window. Applications are due by Friday, Sept. 19th. If you are interested in becoming a CJSF officer should attend our speech practices session this Thursday at 2:35 p.m. in room 907.

PE is hoping that the PE clothes arrive this Friday.

Volleyball and Football tryouts will be tomorrow thru Friday from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Try to attend ALL three days and don't forget your Athletic Release Form must be turned in to participate:).

Don't miss out on the Hip Hop snack sale after school today. Support the Hip Hop team and enjoy a yummy treat:)

T.R.A.C.K.S.

Are you creative? Come up with a name for the first TAC dance and submit it to the TAC today. The winner will win a FREE ticket to the TAC DANCE. The 1st TAC dance will be held Sept. 26th from 6-9 p.m. in El Roble's MPR. The cost is $5.00 and you MUST have compiled at least 120 participation points to attend. See the TAC staff for participation point breakdown.

The Brotherhood is an all male group at the TAC focusing on community service, recreation and student betterment. Thurs. will be the 1st meeting so be sure to pick up a permission slip at the TAC.
