STUDENTS

The library will be closed after school today. Please make other arrangements.

The Winter Wonderland Dance is Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wristbands will be on sale today after school, and Thursday before and after school only. The cost is $3.00. Wristbands will not be available at the door. This will be a great dance with food and drinks for sale during the evening.

All 7th graders: Don't forget to turn in your See's Candy orders as soon as possible to ensure your order will be processed. All forms are due to your SSR teacher or the student window by the end of the school day Monday. Candy orders may be picked up Dec. 18th and 19th ONLY.

Students are invited to submit their original artwork and poetry for publication in this year's yearbook. Poetry is to be 20 lines or less. Artwork is to be on unlined paper in black ink. Please submit your work to Ms. McGourty-Riggs in room 405 by December 19th.

Attention all students: Are you a good speller? You are invited to participate in El Roble's 1st Spelling Bee. If you are interested, please sign up in room 308 by Friday, Dec. 19th.

Tryouts continue today for the El Roble girls and boys basketball. Students are to be dressed in PE clothes ready to go and meet in the gym by 2:30 p.m.

If you are missing any towels, PE clothes, other clothing or personal items please check the lost and found bin by the student window before next Friday. The bin will be emptied then and all items will be donated to charity.

TRACKS

The Brotherhood Group will meet tomorrow from 3 – 4:00 p.m. at the TAC.

This Friday the GURLS Group will be having a presentation by Project Sister on "Teen Dating Violence" from 3-4:00 p.m. so be sure to pick up a permission slip.

The TAC will be selling Holiday Grams this Friday form 2:15 – 4:00 p.m. to raise money for the City of Claremont's Family Emergency Fund. The fund is designed to assist families that are in need of financial assistance for rent, bills, etc. PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY.
