hree dances are scheduled for the school year (see calendar for dates). Only El Roble students are allowed to attend these dances. Students at Community Day School, independent study, home study, or shortened day are not eligible to attend dances without specific permission from a school administrator. Every student must present their student ID card when purchasing a dance ticket and must show their ID card in order to enter each dance.

If a student has lost their ID they must request a replacement no later than one week prior to the dance. Students are to remain at the dance until it ends. Friday Frolic is from 2:15 - 3:30 p.m. and students are not allowed to enter Friday Frolic once they leave campus. Every El Roble 7th or 8th grade student will be able to attend any of the scheduled dances that meet the following guidelines:

On the most recent six-week progress report or twelve week report card, whichever is closest to the date of the dance, the student has no U's (unsatisfactory citizenship) or only one N (needs to improve citizenship mark.

If a student has been suspended or assigned to Saturday School for any days between the most recent dance and the upcoming dance that student is ineligible to attend that particular dance.
