MEDICAL THERAPY UNIT
The vision of Claremont Medical Therapy Unit (MTU) is to be a pediatric health provider within the community.  Our goal is for the children to reach their highest level of functional independence.  Through our family-centered care model, we offer a team approach to those children who meet the medical eligibility criteria, those children with neuromuscular and/or orthopedic conditions.  The team includes the supervising physician, nurse case manager, occupational and physical therapist and may include a medical social worker.
