Mandatory 7th Grade Immunization Information
California Law requires that all students entering or repeating the 7th grade need to have 3 HEPATITIS B shots (spaced over 4-6 months) AND a 2nd MMR dose (if your child has not had 2 MMR doses after their 1st birthday). [ Download ]
Now there's a 2-dose hepatitis B series for adolescents (11-15 year-olds) as well as the usual 3-dose series. [ download ]
