Vista del Valle Program Improvement
For the upcoming 2009-2010 Vista del Valle Elemetary has been identified as a Program Improvment school under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).
However this does not lessen the school’s many accomplishments including:
- Since 1999, Vista overall has achieved the largest gains of any school within the district on the annual California Standards Test
- Received the California Title I Academic Achievement Award
- The only elementary to have a school orchestra
- The only school to have the after school ACES program
