Purchasing Tickets
Please pick up a dance ticket request envelope at the ASB Office. Fill out the envelope completely and include payment. Make sure you enclose correct amount, as change will not be issued. Then you simply return the envelope to the ASB Office before 1st period, at lunch or after school until 3:30. The week of the dance tickets must be picked up at the ASB Office to confirm your reservation.
Please note:- Parent signature is required on the envelope, even if student is over 18 years of age.
- A late fee applies to dance tickets purchased the week of the dance.
- No tickets are sold the day before the dance.
- All delinquencies must be cleared before purchasing a ticket.
Pricing And Payment
- Renaissance discount only applies if you have purchased an ASB Card.
- Renaissance Discount does not apply to first semester Freshman
- Single dance tickets may be purchased for one half the price that applies.
- Make checks out to CHS ASB.
Guests
- Guest passes are required for all guests who do not attend CHS.
- Guests over 18 must be approved by the Dean of Students before purchasing a ticket.
- Guest passes are due one week prior to the dance and must be included in the ticket request envelope. A Xerox copy of the guests photo ID MUST be included.
- Guests must show a picture ID to enter the dance.
- No Guest Allowed over 19 Years Old
At the Dance
- Current CHS ID is required to enter the dance.
- No backpacks allowed.
- Dress code will be enforced. Parents will be called to pick up students who do not comply.
- Please be aware, that you must be with the person indicated as your “date” on the dance ticket envelope to enter the dance. If you arrive at separate times, you will not be allowed to enter until the other person arrives. If you are unable to arrive at the same time, please purchase a single dance ticket by writing “single” on the line asking for the name of your “date”.
- Inappropriate dancing (i.e. freaking) will lead to dismissal from the dance without refund.
